as i said make a one-way long road in major road, rerouting and eliminate u-turn slot and puj stop.
i think recently SM and Ayala applying one-way and rerouting to avoid congestion.
identifying some major road where heavy-large truck load passing or loading or unloading then apply rerouting for small vehicles.
