mao jud ni common saup sa mga employees.. they demand more and more for less and less. greedy ra kaau.. they forget that kung magpataas sila sweldo, overhead mo taas pud, therefore prices sa products have to go up pud...

dili ra pinoy kamao mo operate call-centers. so ayaw mo pa sobra kadagko sa inu mga ulo nga di mo pwede ilisan.. it just happens that you are cheap labor to them.. if the americans start to regain lost jobs.. mawala jud daghan sa inu.. thats the cold hard fact... kung ang other countries like pakistan could provide cheaper labor, then mawala pud daghan sa inu... na train man gani mo.. sila pa?...

Invest in our own country is the best option... The market is shifting evidently in our doorsteps... no more heydays in western countries.. Look at the European Union, everyone are at chaos, I may say that next in line of bankruptcy will be Spain after Greece... 20% of unemployment rate... My point, we have lot of OFW's presence in that area, thats for sure they will opt to come back in the country, coupled by change of regulations on BPO industry...We can expect stagnation of our economy if not deficit... The export industry in the country might consider also of shifting there focus on western markets to asian emerging markets... The current global financial events, I am sure we can feel the impact sooner on this.. I may suggest those people in the BPO industry, I am confident to say that you guys are earning above average, please try to consider on investing, engage in income generating activities.. At least you can implement mitigation measures to slowdown or overcome the impact of changing conditions...

we have to consider also nga daghan sa states nga mo descriminate people from other places.. its a cold hard fact.. do you think ganahan sila ila problems ipasa ra "technician trained somewhere in the philippines"?... ma pride bya pud ng mga kano...

this has been on going for years already. Pride is when you are a tech person and the person helping u is from the overseas. other than the the majority doesnt care so much. Pleasant surprise actually.

thats right.. its a multi-billion industry.. do you really think that the US will simply give it to others when pwede man sa ila ra?... the US is actually in deeper economic $h!t than us here... they need the money really bad...

Its an industry where they cant excel. Like us we can beat japan in Tech. The pay is so low no decent american worker would work with this. They have stress factor, pay stuff and benifits where when they oursource they can save.

"there are not much US counterpart that can match the patience of indian or phillippine agent"- i really dont think so... it just happens indians and filipinoes are more motivated (sa kalisod sa ato pagkahimutang)... given the right kind of motivation, the americans can too... parehas ra ta tanan tao...

If there is then why did they outsource this? at really cheap cost no one can match the productivity of Indian and pinoy. American would balk at the idea to work for less.

about sa US.. grabe ka dako ila utang, and ila economy hapit na mo collapse.. tanawn nato. nindot kaau ila life didtu.. but we have to look at the balance sheets and papers to see beyond appearances.. america is a ticking time-bomb...

Yes i agree. But this is the industry where u cant excel. What happen to Detroit car manufacturers? they have pride, they like their own but most went down and they have to close shops as they went head on against japanese car manufacturers where all is automated. In short this is something they outsource as it was a problem already in the first place. if they just want this back they will feel the backlash. It just wont work. It Would at a higher cost. Then support will be a premium. Products will be expensive. They will limit number of support, etc... in short its not a solution but rather pissing off the Business sector.

i really wonder unsa new oppurtunities for filipinoes when the call-center industry weakens...

BPO - Virtual Staffing. I started as one now i have 30 people in a year. The only limit i have is the money for pc I think this is the direction where its going. There is less client interaction. if there is then its Email support.
