i was a call center agent for some time, pila pud ka years. ang ako lang gyud ganahan sa call center is ang pay. wala nay lain. daghan kaau dili maau sa call center based on my experience. i gained so much weight gyud kay wala kaau physical activity. modaghan imong sakit. dili sad siya advisable sa naa nay mga edad like 40 and up esp kung naa nakay mga sakit2. now, wala nako mag call center but then kung ang imong panginahanglan dili gyud matubag sa day job, daku gyud ug matabang ang call center nimo

best thing in this industry is of course the pay, people you meet, flexible time, benefits..not all companies can give you what BPOs offer..do i need to say more?

I've been in the industry for 4years nah.. kapoy jud tinood.. dili lalim mag take og calls nga shagitan ka.. pero we all know part na sa work.. stressful jud kaayo.. kapoy kulang tulog/ dili na kaayo ka bonding sa imo mga friends.. imo pirmi kuyog kay officemates nalang nimo nya pirme tagay..tsk tsk tsk..
