I've been to Intosan with a not so nice epxerience...
We waited for an hour para lang mo check in and to think isa ka bus mi ato so nagtapok
jud mi tanan sa FD. Ang worst is ang nag FD ato na time is ang tag-iya i don't know
her name pero she's very arrogant. I swear di nako mobalik didto unless it's free lelz.
Every time naay friend nako gnahan mo adto ako jud ingnon na ayaw ug dayon kay bati.

i agree with you, sakto jud ka na arrogant and walay courtesy sa iyang mga guest ang lady owner ani nga naa sa front desk....forgot to mention in my previous reply, dapat ang owner ang magpakita ug hospitality, sya naman nuon ang mura mubugaw sa iya mga customers.....dili kamao muhandle ug guest..kuwang ug seminar ang tag iya sa intosan......anyway, we can't blame the owner since this is a no hotel man sad.

tubod flowing water resort in minglanilla is very much better than intosan.

Just this weekend we stayed for an overnight at Intosan, got the regular 1,200 room and we did not find the resort as bad as some would say.. in regards to the room security there was a guard on patrol and stationed at some points by 8:30PM till 5:00AM the doors only had regular door locks but that would only be the entry point as well as the small window ( with locks ) the room size is more than enough for the price altho the water on the toilet and bath is EXTREMELY low, the pool was acceptably clean and we saw some poolboys from time to time netting out the leaves and other plant debris that falls into the pool, my over all experience was satisfactory.
