Need help to develop Mango Farm

I need someone to help us develop our mango farm into a good business.
Location is in Mindanao and we have 200+ trees. We are looking for somebody to offer business planning and strategies. As of the moment, it's only trees and soil. Trees bore the fruits naturally pa since wala man namo gipasprayhan. So, is there anyone interested to discuss this matter?

farm manager, it would be better na diretso ka sa DA....they have agricultural technicians that will help you...i mean thats their jobs and thats where your taxes go

I want to make it as a formal business pero I don't know where to start.
And there's the issue na naa siya sa Mindanao. So, I need someone to help me on this one.

ok you can start with a SWOT analysis...

Strengths-only you can answer this....
Weaknesses-technical know how,
Opportunity- its much cheaper to produce mango now. (if you have technical know-how)
Threats-security??

i may be able to help you with the planning part, and even help you with the technical part, but with what your putting in the table right now....i cant help much...

Here's my first concern:
* Since the farm's location is in Initao, Misamis Oriental; where can I find buyers/list of buyers/or people who do the spraying for the farm? Currently, there are already people who offered to do the spraying and harvesting job but I want to find the best deal for it.
