How ironic! Did you know that "Little Wing", which is frequently covered by Joe Sat, Steve Vai and Yngwie Malmsteen on their G3 Tour is by Jimi Hendrix? G3 has also a rendition of Hendrix' Vodoo Child. Just my two cents....

me too bai, at 1st i thought jimi sucked..but when i started learning his songs... i realized he was a genius. the blues wouldnt be the blues without him, rock guitar wouldnt be the same without him and i think almost all of the guitarists mentioned in this topic wouldnt be as they are today if it were not of hendrix's psychedelic music that ruled his era.


and one of the best sad sa akong preference..kai si Stevie Ray Vaughan....his passion is unbelievable..

not to mention Hendrix's Foxy Lady which they covered sa Japan gig with John Petrucci. If Im not mistaken, they're always covering a Hendrix song in EVERY G3 gig. Sa 1st ever G3 Red House ila gi-cover.Â*
