@ursoman, when Accenture pulled out from Teletech, that means to say that the account closed....and about the pay outs, I'm not sure about that....and for Sykes, when Accenture pulled-out from us, t'was the account/client who took over...meaning, direct nami sa client and ala nami mu agi ug laing middleman....Accenture that time was also doing outsourcing bisan B.P.O. na sila daan....
