nag.cge lgi pamalit ang sykes kay sila nagkadato man pero ang agents well compensated ba? para nako dili jud. daghan kog kaila na wa magdugay sa sykes kay di jud daw sila well compensated sa ilang work. kailangan jud cgurog performance appraisal. para nako mao cguro magdugay ang tao dha kay tungod sa stability and the environment pero dili jud tungod sa salary.

@greywolf, hehe...I understand your sentiments bro...but that also does not give you the right to look down on us or the company...if you don't like the company, then you do have the choice...if you're not happy with the salary, there are other companies out there that would "entice" you to apply then later on the account will close down...but, that's really up to you also...hehe...PEACE out!

@simonjed: sakto jud ka. maybe we cant accept that fact na mu.ubos among sweldo tungod sa pag acquire sa sykes sa ict. at least unta gi.maintain lang nila ba among basic ok ra unta to. i.absorb lgi daw mi sa biggest account dha sa sykes pero mao lgi balik mi sugod then drop to sykes basic salary then naa man pud daw news na mag.close pud na nga account. saon nalang kung tinuod. mao na balhin nalang jud mi tanan. we cant risk anymore. manigurado nalang jud mi. kasagaran namo sa ict naa na sa it park nagkatag.

so its true jud diay kamatyunon ang account. maypa balhin nalang daan. hehe. well about that pagamyan ang sweldo, ila na buhaton. that is if we continue with them but most if not all of us will not. sykes HR have already talked to us. maybe because they own ICT already they can do that. not really sure if naa law ana. will have to check pa. and yes you are right it will ruin their reputation and they just did. it seems that they dont really care that much. they just wana be bigger and earn more IMO.

sykes doesn't entice applicants with overwhelming salaries, sign in bonuses and all monetary mind blowing packages...

we basically promote fun working environment, stability and career growth...

good thing ICT didn't file for bankruptcy, probably all of you will end up in streets looking for new jobs...

the buy out acquisition gives you the option whether to work with us or not, at the end of the day... it's all your choice...

Errr... Given na man pud siguro na bisan ug unsa ka-stable ang usa ka account pwede mana madissolve in just a snap. Ana man gyud ang call center life, right? =/ In my opinion, Sykes can't lose THAT account kay it's one of their bread and butter na account. o_o Lagi, murag kamatyonon daw ang account but heck fight lang gihapon. One account had been at its worse but its still standing so yeah. Mao na. Keep the faith lang japon. XD Pero kung unsa man gani, aw, wa tay mahems. Balhin ug lain. Lol.

And to think nga dili man pud pwede pagamyan sa Sykes ang sweldo sa ICT kay naa mana sa balaod. So Sykes can't do that to ICT, in my opinion. I think doing that would ruin Sykes reputation as a company and for sure magkagubot gyud na if that's the case. And they don't want that? But who knows. LOL

sakto naa dyud na ups and downs ang account sis...but sykes team man ta we have to help hand in hand so that we can keep or jobs hehe
