so its true jud diay kamatyunon ang account. maypa balhin nalang daan. hehe. well about that pagamyan ang sweldo, ila na buhaton. that is if we continue with them but most if not all of us will not. sykes HR have already talked to us. maybe because they own ICT already they can do that. not really sure if naa law ana. will have to check pa. and yes you are right it will ruin their reputation and they just did. it seems that they dont really care that much. they just wana be bigger and earn more IMO.

They can't do that gyud kay naa gyud na sa balaud na bawal pagamyan. o_o So Sykes HR told you such. I'll have to ask about this then since as far as I know and according sa law, bawal na bro.

Ang ako nahibaw-an gyud for know is ang Sykes kay padak-an ang sweldo DAW ah. We'll see. =/

Honestly, I don't think that the account is dying... Else they wouldn't be hiring. =/ Dude, there's like... 3-4 new waves right now, dong their training stuff. They'll hit the floor this June as far as I know.

i believe they can do that since ICT is already sykes. as what they told us, apply mi balik like from the start jud, then sykes rate na. kay kung ict rate gihapon, ngano gud mangita pa mig lain companya. kalami ra uroy sa among sweldo. hehe.

sykes doesn't entice applicants with overwhelming salaries, sign in bonuses and all monetary mind blowing packages...

we basically promote fun working environment, stability and career growth...

good thing ICT didn't file for bankruptcy, probably all of you will end up in streets looking for new jobs...

the buy out acquisition gives you the option whether to work with us or not, at the end of the day... it's all your choice...
