Web Programmer. The candidate should have strong web project and programming related experience. This is a dynamic position working on one (1) website.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· A graduate of BS Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or equivalent
· At least five (5) years extensive experience in design and development of complex web projects
· Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
· Attention to detail, and creativity in problem-solving
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Heavy interaction and working closely with design and website implementation teams
· Ideal candidate must be highly creative, have an ability to take specific direction in a collaborative and fast-paced production environment
· Ability to work in a team and to communicate in a clear way, as well as functioning with minimal supervision
· A team player, with leadership skills, passionate in his work
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
· Demonstrate strong interest whatever concept is formulated. Don’t sacrifice quality for quantity
· Creative, Aggressive, Team-oriented and Pro-active
· Strong project management skills, solid leadership, organized and analytical
· Participate in a weekly meeting
· Available for on-call duties even during holidays and weekends
· Candidate must provide his / her own desktop or laptop
· CONTRACTUAL and willing to be
OFFICE-BASED
Technical Skills Recommended:
· Top quality development skills using PHP
· Well versed on Database development in MySQL
· Strong working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, XML, AJAX, CSS, jQuery Tools and other web programming languages.
· Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
· JW Player customization and other video players
· PhBB Forum customization
· Good Experience with Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization
