Judge Andres Cipriano 05/19/2010 TUGUEGARAO City, Philippines - Two motorcycle-riding men wearing bonnets shot dead Judge Andres Cipriano of the Appari Regional Trial Court Branch 19, Tuesday afternoon, while on his way to the St. Patrick Hotel in Barangay (village) Macanaya around 5 p.m. when the gunman shot him twice. Investigators recovered 2 brass shells from a 9mm pistol at the crime scene.
