to pass for chat support, you don't have to be good in your pronunciation skills, you just have to be well versed on written. also, you have to pass for the typing speed which is 25wpm. I bet you can get that right... Then, for the written exam, you will have to paraphrase the situation.

Thanks for the info. Anyways, 25wpm is a lot easier. My speed is around 40 - 45 wpm it's because my present job is a voice mail transcriptionist. I'm receiving real time voice messages from US clients and British Clients. I need to submit it quickly to the client as soon as possible and in the shortest time. So I'm a little advanced with typing!
