(OT) Bulkhead is called Ironhide by Takara Tomy (scratches head).

Not mine but found it while browsing Flickr, Ironhide Ta-03 by Takara Tomy on Flickr - Photo Sharing!

The paint job is excellent though.

its because of the Japanese release sa TF animated cartoons they want to put familiar names

and bulkhead does not have a g1 counterpart its an original from the animated series

Heres my first powermaster custom as well as a triple changer custom. Double Dealer is a badass, he is both an autobot (robot mode) and a decepticon (falcon mode) and does not care about what these factions stand for except for his own personal interest. Used the following parts
- Voyager Heavy Load as the base figure
- Inferno's head
- Mudflaps arms
- some parts from zoids buster eagle
- and KO double dealer parts for the weapons and powermasters
