hi! i'm new here! i'm an OFW here in Saudi Arabia. Speaking of Shawarma, if you're working here, it's like every corner, you can see shawarma stores lining up the streets because it's where this food originated..it's a middle eastern food. what makes shawarma stands out here is the way they prepared the chicken or beef and putting all the ingredients (marinating). Usually, the ingredients they used are mayonnaise and pickled cucumber and optional is the hot sauce.but i don't know how they prepared the ingredients for the meat for marinating but surely, it tastes very good. shawarma here in Saudi Arabia, it's like drinking your water.
