When the Wizards pulled off the surprising win, Irene Pollin’s jaw dropped and appeared to mouth ‘Oh my God!!’ with wide eyes. Pollin's 1978 Bullets championship ring of her late husband really worked!

    J. Wall can learn proper handgun etiquette with the Wizards....

I agree with Howard , he is way too injury prone , such a waste of good talent and competitor when healthy.

Well Wizards can look at the trade of Jamison and Butler as a start to rebuilding , it was inevitable they would do that when Arenas went bonkers ... but now I think about it this may just come out a good thing with Wall in lineup ... they can build from there - Blatche etc ...

    Apparently, Wizards are keeping Arenas.

Wizards president Ernie Grunfeld said Tuesday night that winning the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft won't have any bearing on the future of Gilbert Arenas.

Arenas, who was suspended for most of the season by the league after bringing guns into Washington's locker room, has four years left on his contract.

"Gilbert is still with us. He's been down at our gym, working out and getting ready. The more good players you have, the better," Grunfeld said in a conference call after winning Tuesday night's draft lottery.
