oh yea.
hi. im new to the forum.

BTW, i have this stretch marks sa tummy and then behind the knees.. i really can't wear shorts >,< because of this stretch mark thingy.
i was wondering if ever someone here has the same problem with me.

what are different medications or lotion bxta something pra mu lighten ni cia pra ani?

same prob sis. i had mine during my pregnancy eventhough nag use ko ato ug palmer's lotion for pregnant women. nagresearch nako unsaon pagwala ani sa ako tummy area pero the only way is thru laser which is very expensive. kanang mga gi-advertise nga mga lotion, di gyud na tinuod. the best thing they can do is lighten it para di na ma-obvious. pero the stretch mark will still be there.

the best way is prevention. magkastretch mark ka due to increase in weight, kung manambok o modako ang portion sa skin. mainat sya ang magbreak ang mga collagen fibers (ambot mao ba ni)... so to prevent, mas better dili mag yoyo ang weight unya enough collagen para sa skin.
