but if you still dreaming of a dslr, you can buy nikon d3000 for 26k already and by notching up that budget up to 34k, you can get the nikon d5000 =)

you can also buy also good second hand the higher model which is the nikon d80.

dont confuse much why im always suggesting the nikon brand since im a nikon dslr user and its serving me much from hell to heaven.
