3. epatuman na nga balaod...kung unsa ang balaod, mao na ang balaod...inshort butangan ug ngipon ang balaod.

Personally, corruption is not the only problem here. There's a whole slew of problems we are facing. Wealth, employment, education, basic government facilities, etc...

But as for the corruption, I really don't think it is only for the elected officials to take steps. We, the people, have to do our part.. "If you want to change the world, it has to start with me." People really need to care about each other and the community they are in. Don't be afraid to speak up, fight for what you believe in, and never back down..
