since the topic title is just PDA... i think it all depends on WHERE or who is/are around...

if you're on a hotel/resort... it's not unlikely to see PDAs here and there..labi na sa beach, ka nindot picture-an ai!
but if you're on, say, a public utility vehicle... nax... that's a different story.

if you're surrounded by western people (mga foreginers ba), aw dili na sila mo-mind nimo... it's your business...
pero kung imo mga paryente naa sa imong tupad, pahuway oi... mapuno kag kasaba o libak ba kaha sa mga ig-agw..

if mo adto kag mga discohan/bars... labaw pa way pakialamay.. labi nah ug nakainom na... again, kanya-kanya..

if you're in the church, aw, syaro naman pod... ang sentido common, hala gamita!

if you're at the airport.. you see lots of these... ikaw bay molargahay.

kung sa school, hilas jud tan-awon... labi nag kanang bag-o ra nga nagkauyab.. nindot kaayu ingnon, "GET A ROOM!"..nya sunod nimo kita sa usa, lain na ug paris... na unsa gud.. LAIN jud na..

bottomline: WHERE the PDA is shown... (and who is/are around...) justifies it all.
