DVD to VCD conversion inquiry

Hello all!

I would like to inquire if anybody knows how convert DVD to VCD in which the subtitle will be included when converted to VCD and burned to a CD. I find difficulty in incorporating the subtitles when dvd is converted to the vcd. If possible, please recommend any softwares to be used (as much as possible, can be downloaded for free)

i have a software for this but i forgot if it was from vcd to dvd or vice versa. i'll check on it at home.

my guess? recapture everything while playing on the DVD player.. if gi play nimo sya sa DVD nya on ang english subtitle, when you recapture it, naa pud sya.. hehe. just a thought..

sakto pud si redlites nga iplay nimo ang dvd nga nag-ON ang subtitles while capturing it in real-time sa pc. pero incase na lisod siya pwede ka muvisit sa www.videohelp.com daghan ka ug makuha na input diri about video problems.
