For one, that's just very broad.
People know the answer. Even so, lisud tagsa tagsa.
Just a matter of the leaders and everyone to want to do the right thing.

Naa pud corruption oi.
Pero kung compare lang USA for example kay kani raman pud ang akong ma-compare kay I have not stayed sa other countries but here... so kani lang usa. This part of the world where I am at, naa transparency and accountability.

More often than not, kung masakpan which is 97%, masakpan man jud kay naa daghan man layers sa government office nagacheck pirmi ug dili lang kana, the people are very very involved (both Pros and Anti current management, pirmi gabantay sa lihok)-there is public scrutiny and even your regular Joe is allowed to ask questions, check and balance and say what's in his mind... kung masakpan naa anomaliya, naa man jud uwaw mga tawo diri. Mo-resign jud.

Pero the number of people who wanted to get intellectually involved is still very minute as compared to those who are just ignorant or disinterested. We need to be able to differentiate reality vs just the work of art or scripted imagination.

Same punishment bisan ikaw pa si Mayor Kihute. I will just say it in general ha. Again, there are flaws here too. Diha sa atoa sa Pinas, mga tawo kay mahadlok man mo-question sa dako dako nga unta when we think about it, kanang naa sa katungdanan, they are public servants and the people are the boss. Pero dili man mao. Mura man hinuon ug Ginoo ang tagad.

I know I am not giving any concrete solution.

Dili mahadlok mangutana. Kada project, sundon jud unta. For example, diri lang... every schedule sa governor kailangan mahibaw-an, kinsa ka-meeting, pila iya assets, unsa klase ang iyang negosyo or businesses, asa padulong-mga lakaw lakaw, schedules, tanan kay if you think about it, iyang oras gibayran man sa mga tax payers (basta related activities sa iyang duties). Dili chismis nalang puros pud, all personal kay kapoy kaayo.

I think most Filipinos overlook the main problem of our society... The primary problem of the Philippines is not Corruption... It's the maldistribution of wealth (which dates back from the colonial period); Corruption is only secondary because of this prevailing problem.

There's corruption because too much of a gap between the rich and the poor. The rich are extremely rich and the poor (which constitutes the vast majority) are way below the poverty line. The gap in between is very vulnerable to manipulative process, hence corruption.

You eliminate poverty here, you minimize the rampant corruption...That's the ideal solution; how you do that with our overwhelming 92m population... that i don't know.

The answer is simple: though massive spending in public education. Listen, there has never been a first world country that achieved that status without huge, comprehensive spending in education. We as a nation have never had the will to bring a high standard of education to the masses.

Most of the time, the populist (left-leaning) politicians suggest solutions that entail merely a "take from the rich and distribute to the poor" mentality. I'd rather call it a "plunder" mentality, a la CARP which is just a land grab and distribution scheme. These kinds of communist ideas are outdated and only end up making everyone poorer. It encourages crab mentality and laziness.

Government should focus on making everyone richer and should not be in the business of regulating income wealth gap. After all, many of those people who are among the richest are there because they deserve it. This is the sickest pinoy tendency of all, to equate wealth with villainy and is symptomatic of our jealousy-based culture of sour-graping. So instead of striving and demanding tools to enable ourselves to bridge the gap we ask for laws that bring others down to our level instead. Let's get rid of crab mentality and focus on enabling investments like education.

    2. magbuhat ug balaod nga anyone proven guilty sa koruption will be executed. (much better if public)
