Now, Im taking C-Lium Fibre and it works for me because one sachet of this is equivalent to 28 spoons of oats.

    do u chew a lot of gum? if u do then might as well stop para dili naka mag-utot pirmi...avoid sad gas forming foods like potato, camote...

    d man hinoon ko sige ug chew gum, kusog noun kaayo ko anang mga dairy products (ice cream, cake, etc.). salamat angel_eyes, suwayan nako ang semithicone chewable. palit ko karon.
