[I have this gift of what they called sixth sense ... having this ability is never easy for me ... when at times makakita ko ug mga elementals / ghosts, i have doubts if need ba nako to tell it with the person i am with every time my third eye is open. Lisud sya in the sense na mag-doubt ko if ang person nga akong gsultihan (na naa "the others" aside us) mutuo sya or gibunuangan rapud ko.

This is a gift at the same time "sumpa" for me! And i am happy knowing this site, it will help me to express what i am capable of.. (Thanks for my friends charlyn and nathan for always believing in me.) ]

Yes, ghosts / elementals knows who among the humans can see them .. same ra gihapn na nato, naa bad and good but most of them kay ala pakialam. As they says ... they have their own world. Once they knew na makakita ka nila ... sometimes magsige sila sunod nmo kay they want to communicate with you ... ang uban kay they will test your ability kung until when nimo kaya ila presence or ila ka palayason sa ila place.

White Ladies as usual long white dress and long hair ... you can never see them facing to you but always on the side and rare view. Their skin is very white like as bondpaper na ka white and it feels very cold! I discovered this ability when i was on grade one ... One night ... nagblack-out sa amo place. My parents were not yet there so me, my yaya and cousin were sitting in our sala (na mura sya ug kawayan ang style na kana murag naa space before the other one para daw makita ang mga manok sa silong.) I was sitting sa floor and while nagsige mi ug chika naa finger na nikuhit nko and it was as white as bondpaper but mas white pa jud ang eya nail. and very cold kaau sya. and my cousin felt na naa nagblow sa eyang foot. We ended in my room and carried a crusifix sa among kahadlok.

Black Ladies: of course black ila gisul-ob but still long hair. But you can see them nga harap-harapan jud not like those white ladies. and ila parts sa ila body kay maputol nya mulihok ghapon. why do i say so? coz when i saw one from our window, na shock ko! shock na no voice came out from my mouth and what i did i close the window ... what happen kay ang hand nya nikamang sa window and tried to open it! i prayed ato a very sincere prayer and nawala rapud sya. lately that i knew that once you saw one ... be careful coz its a sign that there might be not good things will happen. few days after ato ... nasunog among balay. She is really not bad but maybe a sign ... a bad sign.

highschool days:

after nasunog among gpuy-an sauna na tapot lawas mi ato jud.. as in ala mi nkuha kay kami ramn to sako sis nahibilin, didto nagstart ang gap namo ni papa. ako pirmi niya gbasol nga nahitabo toh nya dle bya sa amo nagstart ang kayo. ako lang siguro to eya pahungawan .... physical and emotional pain. and there came "Bernadeth" .. sya to ang white lady na ako makit-an sa CR sa among g-abangan nga balay. Summer days toh na ako ra isa sa house ... bisan morning magpakita sya nko nya bisan sa kainit sa panahon kay magsige lang ko ug sleep dile ko mugawas sa kuarto. Makig-storya sya nako and eya ko pakatulgon ... maghumming sya para makatulog ko. every time pasakitan ko ni papa magpakita jud na sya especially at times nga maghilak ko. sya akong sultihan sa tanan nko kahi-ubos bisan dile sya mutingog but knowing naa "somebody" ato mga times happy nko ... then one time ato eya ko gpasleep and she told me na eya daw ko dad-on ... of course my first reaction kay dle ko. it's like na am lying down and eya ko gpabangon. and when i saw myself still there nagsleep while i feel like nagmata ko ... didto nako nagworry ... lisud kaau eya e-fight eya presence ... what came up into my mind is to pray "Our Father..." and mid sa prayer i woke up as in mata jud nga alive ko... But it was not her last attempt para dad-on ko nya to wherever eya place... but every time in-ana ang mahitabo ... i always pray. Until such time na nagsige nako sakit2x ... there was this early dawn ... mga 2:00 am na siguro to gidala ko sa hospital kay dle ko kaginhawa. and those fevers ... etc. the doctor told us na ala man daw something wrong nko... naglibog pud sya. One thing he told my mother if ala ba daw ko masultihan sko problem ... mao to pag-uli sa house ako gisultihan ako mama about "Bernadeth" ... Didto na-anam2x na ka change ang treatment ni papa nko. About "Bernadeth" ... every after school muadto ko sa Sto. Niño and pray for her ... And i never see her after that.

she usually appears whenever something bad is going to happen, most times she is just an omen or a sign.. when she shows herself to you and does something like face you, then she is going to take you.. sakto ang giingon nimo ate, ma-detach ilang limbs.. the thing is, wa sab ko kabantay nga na-detach na ilang lower limbs.. so far hands ra akong nabantayan.. i had an experience once.. i was alone as balay, cleaning my gun, i saw a head emerge from the concrete floor.. i've always been able to see them, but i wasn't really prepared to see something like that.. nag-anam2x siya ug emerge, then until naporma na gyud siya.. skeleton pa to pagsugod, then nagstart na dayun ug materialize, until na-complete.. without saying anything she just looked at me, kulba na kaayo ko, dali2x kog assemble sa gun, at the back of my head i know i can't kill her but i have to try.. she flew straight at me, piskot nalang kay wa siyay mata, baba ra then mura lang ug gigisi iyang mouth.. nakabantay ko niya nga mura siyag mugakos nako, her hands were curled, murag kanang na-paralize gani.. some parts of her face kay walay skin, skull na largo.. unya lain kaayo iyang tingog, murag naa sa sinehan, dolby surround sound ang effect ba.. iya kong gakson, feeling nako iya gyud kong paakon at or di ba kaha iya kong dad-on asa.. i had no choice but to shoot, pero when i did, maigo siya pero mura lang ug wala niya, as if milapos lang ang mga tingga sa iyang lawas.. iya kong naabtan kay napiit na man ko sa wall, di na ko kadagan.. i didn't know my abyan then.. so ako nalang siyang gi-force ug wakli bahal na.. then mikalit lag sakit akong luyo unya mikalit lang ug ka-dematerialize ang black lady.. paglingi nako sa samin sa akong left side lain na akong nawng, as if i was wearing a mask made of bone, my fingers didn't have nails, mura lang ug naay bone nga misiwil nga talinis kaayo.. i suddenly felt the urge to destroy, kalit lang kog kalagot nga wa ko kasabot.. then nanimaho nga sunog, mura kog naa sa oven.. after ana mi-blackout ko.. pagmata nako nagkahugaw ug maayo akong hands, kanang murag gituslo sa asete.. after dinner i heard a voice inside my head asking me: nganong mura man kag nahadlok? wa man koy gibuhat?

and now i know who that was, and i know him too well..

Can anyone of you explain this to me?

This happened when I was 7-8years old. I was in our ancestral house in Balamban, it was summer vacation. So my story goes like this. My mom, sister and I slept in one room in the 2nd floor. That room used to be the master's bedroom, at that time my grandparents were still alive and they sleep in one of the rooms downstairs. The master's bedroom has huge built in closet, a full mirror dresser ajar is a queen size bed were the 3 of us slept. I remember I had a nightmare about a witch in a broom running after me in a cold night on a bare hill. Frightened as I was I immediately woke up, and to my surprise a white lady in the mirror was smiling at me and said "Cge paaaaaah.... Cge paaaahh... Cge paaaa" in a teasing tone. She doesnt look scarey, she seems like floating and her dress was "breezy". So I tried waking up my mother, she just said to go back to sleep. I know it wasn't a dream because I slapped my face several times while the white lady was saying "cge paaaaa".

I told my mother about it that next morning, she said it must be her sister who died at a young age (probably my age at that time). But I said she looked like in the teens. After that incident, I get to experience these encounters like I can see someone walking pass me or sense its behind me, watching and get cold shivers in my nape. I can hear footsteps in our 2nd floor (both in ancestral house and the house we live in the city) so loud that sometimes is vibrates the ceiling and even hear and feel someone going down the stairs.

I also have this feeling that something will happen or that person is hiding something from me. Its usually true.

Does this mean I have a guardian white lady?

kung makita ninyo taas kaayo ng bintana.. mura cyag bata nga nanuktok sa bintana.. ang luyo ana silbi kanang nahimutangan sa "ungo" kay washroom na nga pirting ngitngita ug ngi-ob kaayo..

a white lady doesn't have a face, while a black lady has just a mouth, pero kanang murag gi-force ug gisi.. kato imong nakit-an sis dili ko white lady, manifestation to siya sa memories.. be it from someone long gone, or a spirit that assimilates a dead person's visage..

you should take good care of yourself, dili lang kana ray magpakita nimo..
if you have heightened senses, then it's not impossible nga slightly open imong third eye..
