PROS & CONS: The pay is good for a chat representative. Dili xa hago compared to voice so less stress. Yes, strict sa Comcast but without that CAE tend to get lousy, right? So personally, that is a good thing even though ma buwisit ko ana ilang ka stricto. If you know how to make friends with the tenured agents proactively then the job will be much more easier. But kung magkanya2x lng ang attitude then you know what will possiibly happen. The only con for me is the strictness, but if you believe that "Patience is a Virtue" then you'll get use to it and I think you won't be having any problems. Plus you have experience not like me. It's your decision that counts. I am in the same dilemma before so that's why.
PS: just so you know, 2 months kapin palang ko sa Comcast.
