it has come to the moderators' attention all the things that have been happening here. one thread has been locked already. i understand the enthusiasm of the members and we are thankful for that. but seems that we are already out of line. I am guilty of posting things that are so out of topic and pictures that does not belong to a thread, i apologize.

as an officer, i am obliged to appeal to you guys to please be mindful and discreet on your postings. this is a public forum and one of the biggest, people of different background check and subscribe from time to time, by being a standard bearer for the photography section, let's help maintain the integrity of istorya and not tarnish it instead. help us achieve what we have dreamed of for the club.

karlo and I are constantly in follow up with sir beor as to what we can do to make improvements for all of us, and this should be the first thing we should do, let's not make it to the point where every thread that we make be locked because of unnecessary postings and remarks.

as for criticizing one's work we should be mindful as well, some people are sensitive some are dont. but we should stick to what is standard and avoid low blows. if you think that a harsh criticism is needed, please PM the person and explain your point but please not on the thread. we are not all experts here even professional make mistakes but please let's value each other EQUALLY. this forum is intended for us to learn and share what we have so let's live to it.

for IPC members, let us help istorya. let us be responsible keepers of the thread, if newbies asked for help, then help them if their postings are inappropriate then let's point them to what and where is appropriate. this the only place where we can share our talents and hobbies without any given cost. so please let's make our home a better place.
