At last. got a call from the HR inviting me for the training on Monday May 17th. Kinda relieved now. It's my first call center job. Kinsa to nahan magapply you might wanna go to excelasia. They will conduct the initial interview and exam for Convergys. naa sad sila mga tips ihatag which are really helpful para sa paper exam and Final interview. My typing speed was 59wpm when I took the exam in excelasia but don't worry coz 30wpm is the minimum requirement.

I don't know what to do to prepare for the training. Can somebody share any idea about the training? pls...

wala lang, basta be yourself. be on business casual attire...

review nalang daan sa imong English 1.. actually ok ra kaau ang CCT full of fun..

guys, can you help me with my dillema?

i'm currently employed in ETEL right now, but i submitted my resignation coz i got hired by CVG as a chat support rep for COMCAST. the thing is, i'm really confused as to whether i'll pursue my resignation or not coz everybody's been telling me that i shouldn't coz super strict daw sa cvg and i can't do thing i can normally do daw at etel.. is COMCAST anice program? ok lang bah ang chat support diha? can you give me some pros and cons for transferring to CVG? then, how much ang pay sa comcast?

Another thing is that i got my soft job offer last aug 5 pa, and i submitted my reqs last aug 21. until now, i haven't received any call from CVG for the JO itself, so karon left hanging akong plans coz la klaro ang CVG. when i call them to ask for my status, they just tell me that i'm on que na daw for training and that wala pa ko starting date that's why la pa daw ko natawagan.. in.ani jud ang CVG? i'm just scared coz basin mauili sa wala akong pag.apply ug resignation.. imagine my confusion..

Before anything else, you need to call or go directly to HR and follow up your application if you decide to pursue. Aight? Now. . .
PROS & CONS: The pay is good for a chat representative. Dili xa hago compared to voice so less stress. Yes, strict sa Comcast but without that CAE tend to get lousy, right? So personally, that is a good thing even though ma buwisit ko ana ilang ka stricto. If you know how to make friends with the tenured agents proactively then the job will be much more easier. But kung magkanya2x lng ang attitude then you know what will possiibly happen. The only con for me is the strictness, but if you believe that "Patience is a Virtue" then you'll get use to it and I think you won't be having any problems. Plus you have experience not like me. It's your decision that counts. I am in the same dilemma before so that's why.

PS: just so you know, 2 months kapin palang ko sa Comcast. Peace
