    Like usually ma focus nmo by zone ang AF points. By 4 AF, 9AF, all 19 AF. AF EXPANSION OG AF ZONE

    CANON still FAILED TO SORT THE ISSUE.


    after months of frequent and drastic follow-ups/visits, the malfunctioned product of them is still not yet repaired/replaced.


    already reported to SM Administration(and got meeting regarding the issue) aside from disclosing the problem with two higher officers from Canon. Silicon Valley(of where i bought the item | has quite lousy after sale support as well) said they were doing their part & had frequent follow-ups also but they are still crippled due to Canon has failed to do something & update it.


    surely other brands/companies have hard time dealing with their after sale support(its understandable) but Canon's is WORST.


    this is one of the many reasons WHY I DON'T BUY/CHOOSE CANON PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTS. im sorry but Canon's Warranty Service can produce seizure and convulsion. its USELESS.

    Chip, there's a reason why there is a Service Center. It is there so you can directly have your product serviced instead of going through the dealer. I got my D10 replaced after it broke down. Also had a lens repaired without any issues. It may take some time, but the service has been good. Try daw adto sa Service Center directly. Ayaw na agi ug dealer kay sigurado nga maghuwat ra na sila nga silay balitaan.

    On Topic: The 7D has been good. Coming from the 400D and 5D MkII, the focusing performance felt like it was on steroids. A good compliment for my 5D MkII.

    you have a point ge. the dealer might be bluffing for some sake, this is what i am thinking also. but i already gave my contact to canon(when we were in imag seminar) for my concern, they told me that they will contact soon but never happened. okay, i will try to go directly to their office. is it still in mabolo near overpass going to nrp?


    by the way, that 7d iso performance is similar with the 550d?

    Nope. I will post the review here regarding the iso performance of the 550D.. Got to find the link again I will post it later..

    Got my 7D, so far so good. Layo ra kaayo ako 50D before .
