how to prevent rust from spreading

Hi Guys,

How do I prevent rust from spreading?
Naa gamay na rust ni form sa under chassis also sa side, is there some kind of a spray para di na sya mo spread?

Apply Island Rust converter nga naa mapalit ( P160+/liter) sa Cebu Home Builders sa A.S.Fortuna.
You can brush or spray the rust converter on affected area nga naay gagmay nga rust aron mo stop ang pag padayon.
Mas maayo pud limpyohan una nimo ang under chassis, kanang Caltex sa may Foodland mo under chassis washing na sila kung kapoyan ka manglimpyo, maayo na sila mo limpyo diha. Keeping your under chassis clean from mud will minimize the chance mo taya ug dali.

wala ko kasulay anang encapsulator ug unsa na sya.
Kung nag burotburot na gyud na ang taya, meaning damage na ang sheet metal material, cutting nalang ang solution ana para mailisan ug laing sheet of metal then repaint. Kung minor lang nga taya ug naa pa ang majority nga part sa metal, madala ra na kiskisan then apply some rust converter, clean it and repaint.

Ang rust converter will convert all iron oxide into a stable form aron di na mopadayon pa.

Ok ra pud ba to use rust converter sa mga nuts and bolts especially kanang sa engine area? not inside the engine but kanang surrounding parts.

Pwede kaayo na magamit to stop rust on iron/steel bolts. Gasagol pud ko ug 250ml rust converter sa tubig sa radiator aron moundang ang taya sa head gasket area, sa engine block ug sa mga steel tubes. It does not do any harm sa copper ug aluminum, only iron oxide ang himoon nga iron phosphate. Island brand ra gyud akong ika recommend kay ang turco naay laing sagol.

Ang rust converter di na sya cleaner, ang trabaho niya mao ang pag convert sa iron oxide to a more stable compound like iron phosphate (in that case phosphoric acid (liquid form) ang imong rust converter).
