I had my job offer last Friday (May 7) for the comcast account and I already signed the contract. I just had my Medical exam last Saturday (May 8 ). My concern is, today is already May 11 and I haven't received any calls from them yet as to my start of training. Im sorry if I sound so worried. Im still working on my non-negotiable requirements. Im just wondering if you could give me some enlightenments. My questions are the following:
1. What's the difference between Start date and Training date? 'Coz the non-negotiable requirement should be submitted before the Start date while the secondary requirement should be submitted at the start of the training.
2. Should I just wait for their call?

1. start and training date is the same. and non-negotiable SHOULD be passed b4 sa imu training while katong mga secondary is passed during the training.
2. if wa sila nanawag, then YOU should call convergys para sa imu training date

One more thing, it's not possible for me to pass or even process some of the non-negotiable requirements coz government agencies like sss and nbi are not open on saturdays. We were already told that the training will start today but we haven't been told about the specific time. I just received the list of requirements last friday. Moreover, I have yet to ask a copy of my resignation letter from my last employer today.

today pud ka? 3pm to 11pm?? hehehe. yes, possible kaau to finish tanan non-negotiable in one day. and if dili, hatag lng atong promissory note. mka sabot lgi na sila nga friday raka na hatagan sa copy sa requirements.

this is probably the reason why i haven't been called for training yet.
in your case, were you called for a training invitation before submitting the requirements?

i just passed my non-negotiable requirements an hour ago.
I called the HR about my training schedule and he instructed me to just keep my phone line open.

At last. got a call from the HR inviting me for the training on Monday May 17th. Kinda relieved now. It's my first call center job. Kinsa to nahan magapply you might wanna go to excelasia. They will conduct the initial interview and exam for Convergys. naa sad sila mga tips ihatag which are really helpful para sa paper exam and Final interview. My typing speed was 59wpm when I took the exam in excelasia but don't worry coz 30wpm is the minimum requirement.

I don't know what to do to prepare for the training. Can somebody share any idea about the training? pls...
