According to my preferences:
-Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross
-Final Fantasy VII, VIII and X. The 12th installment felt like THE "final" fantasy. Also a bit disappointed with XIII.
-Valkyrie Profile (one of the most unique RPGs I played as a kid back then)
-The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Umm... Sorry, I was never a big fan of Bioware's RPGs. The only one I liked was the Baldur's Gate series (awesome storytelling). I thought Neverwinter Nights was tedious.

But according to most sources (and you guys), Dragon Age Origins is a terrific game. Must try it out.
