ang remedy ana kay kung unsa imung giinom pgka gabie ana, mao pud imna gka buntag. D ba wagtang hang over kay mahubog nman pud ka balik! hehehehe! btaw2 take a lots of fluids, dnt drink cold liquids.

basta muinom gani ka.. magka fluid and electrolyte imbalance man ka (labi nag nagsuka ka)

mao ni ako theory nga gi gamit mao to naka huna2x kog inom ug hydrite katong na hang over ko..

after 5 mins wagtang na ang hangover.. 1 pack ra nga hydrite..

tnuod pud to nga before ka mu sleep, inom at least 1 glass of cold water..
