niadto mo siquijor 2 weeks ago. didto mi sa charisma beach nag-stay sa among second night didto. i don't recommend staying there if you're the impatient type kay dugay kaayo ma-serve ilang food, like more than an hour after pa mo nag-order.

pagfirst night, didto mi nag-stay sa larena. murag north haven lodge man siguro to ang name, barato kau ilang rates. pang-backpacker kaayo. 6 mi kabuok pero 350php ra amo nbayran. comfortable raman pud among pagtulog. heheh

Hi guys. How far is Maria from Larena and what kind of transportation can we take to get to Salagdoong Beach Resort in Maria? Travel time? Any tips and advice will be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry if I may sound too late. Hehehe. Just in case you still need some tips, Maria is only 30 minutes to Larena via motorcyle. There's a short-cut but I suggest you take the coastal road to appreciate the beaches. If you know how drive a motorcycle, it's far better. Lots of motorcycles-for-rent in Larena. From Maria, go north [road going to Larena] until you reach Brgy. Olang, Maria. There a big sign board will lead you to Salagdoong Beach.

If you're heading from Larena to Maria, there's one Town in between - Enrique Villanueva. In this place, you can find the undisturbed Marine Sanctuary. No divers shall be allowed because sharks take shelter in this sanctuary. You may ask permission from the Mayor if you are interested.

Visiting the Island takes only 1 day via motorcycle. Buy Siquijor map first before going to the place. There's a lot of things you have to discover that will be painted in your heart forever. That I can assure you.

i love siquijor... been there 4-5 times... nice to rent a motorbike and ride around the whole island. peaceful place with some nice beaches.
