I can contribute by not giving bribes to these public officials when I have transactions with them. If ever these government employees asked for bribes, I can report it to the Office of the Ombudsman for them to properly investigate the matter. I heard even anonymous complaints are investigated since many concerned citizens wanted unanimity because are afraid they might be known by these corrupt officials which could lead to their own dilemma.

We should be vigilant in order to eradicate corruption in public office. The public can very much participate. In fact, the government is asking for its full cooperation. As they say, no one will receive bribes if no one will give bribes.

for me, it start to change the Television Series concept, putting strong doctrine on the television that shows corruption, or grab mentality which always shown in the TV now a days. I believe grab mentality and corruption are following the same root, which very common to most filipinos. The forgiving attitude also is one reason that this corrupt people still not destroyed. Other country like europe, mostly protestant their believe system is that once you done wrong doing, like stealing for example that person absolutely lost all his reputation, trust and put guilt to this person. So the burden of shame is pretty big, the only way to cope those problem is transferring to other place away to those people he/she knew of....While is philippines catholic is very forgiving, so how many times you steal, still the community accept this people...So their is no connection to shame, or any guilt feeling. so those corrupt people are still continue.

But I still believe we start teaching our own children or family....that's my contributiion......Iam a catholic by the way....I know that I still strap of that feeling of forgiveness.....

    end here....

I think what you mean is put the person in an embarassment situation so people know? Like what I said, sampal in public will help eradicate corruption. On the other hand, mess his/her house by allowing public to throw eggs or ripe tomatoes. Lastly, basin crab mentality not grab mentality ang imong ipasabot. Peace hehe
