Brownout? Pila kahay increase sa population?

This is a case of lack of foresight. Daghan kaayo mga construction of hotels, office buildings, malls and subdivisions...pero wala kaapas ang energy supply.

It's sad to note that solar panels has not gained popularity in Cebu. We enjoy several hours of sunshine and cloudless skies...perfect for harnessing and harvesting solar energy. Imagine, in Germany, which isn't even close to being as sunny as our tropical island, has over 70% of their households fitted with solar roofs. Solar energy won't supply all our electricity needs, but at least we can offload a certain percentage from the grid. But then again, the cost of solar panels may be too prohibitive to ordinary Cebuanos...or is it?

I think, karon nga time, minimal nalang ang brownout sa Cebu kay nagdagan naman ang CEDC Toledo ug ang KEPCO Naga.

Pero dili ni magdugay nga naa tay sobra nga kuryente. In less than 5 years, if continue sige ug boom ang Cebu and nearby provinces, balik napod ta sa Power Shortage.
