maayo sa ads pero grabe. mao n ila ingon nga dont judge a book by its plastic cover.

ako 2nd company, is where i am currently working at. hayyzz..
kanus-a mn intawn mo maka amgo sa inyong gibuhat nga mga DELAYING TACTICS.
Kuyaw bya na sa Labor Code inyong gibuhat.

they can easily terminate you if you fail to do your job as what was agreed upon (must be agreed through a legal document).

other than that reason is redundancy and/or retrenchment.. what's good thing about it (redundancy/retrencment) is you get a separation pay coz if you don't, that's the time to seek DOLE.

fellow istoryans.. i have a friend who just got hired and is officially working for more thatn 15 days now since the date she was hired.. she havent even signed her contract yet..

ok ra man kaau PS oi, naka work ko didto from Jan.2006 until Feb.2009. Ako acct kay financial acct, at first sales and then gibalhin mi financial for retentions. I dont have complains sa comapny mismo, dili lang to maau amo acct.kay kapoy kaau, though dili au daku sweldo, but ok au environment. Maau pod mga tawo,like mga OM, TM bisan directors ma approach ra nimo. Para lang nako ha?can't speak for everyone, mahay gali ko, why I resigned, gkapoy lang ko amo acct. and dili pod pwede mag ATP(acct.transfer program)if in need imo acct.Wala man ko pabayara for training, but dugay na hinuon to

CEBU GLOBAL sa Mango.

Bitaw, seriously. SCAM ang mga accounts. Unsaon pag genuine customer service kung nitabang ka sa companya sa pagpangilad sa mga customers. Luoy intawon kaayo mga Americano, ug uban nga mga taw nga ilang nakawatan sa credit card. Mao nang ubang mga co-trainees nako when we were on the floor, instead of "saving a sale"... they saved the customer from the harm, no, from the grave harm that the account/the company is doing. Sulti-an nila ang mga customer to cancel the account as soon as possible.

If you believe in the dignity of hardwork... if you believe in the dignity of the money you earn... if you believe that the food you give your family should come from an honest job... if you still listen to your conscience... if you still believe in HONOR...then DO NOT WORK HERE. This is an example of a "kapit sa patalim" job. Mura bag, "bahala na lang basta naay sweldo." Unsa na man lay kalahi-an nato sa mga kawatan, tulisan, mga nagbaligya sa dungog, kung moingon ta, "bahala na basta naay kwarta"? Working here is just not right. Working there felt so wrong.

I do agree that there are good and bad things that we can say about the companies that employed us. For me, one of the best call centers, in my opinion, is CONVERGYS (I'm no longer part of the company, by the way), and by far, the worst, is CEBU GLOBAL. I'm ashamed to admit that I worked here for 18 days.
