AFAIK ... di ba 6 to 8 months ang actual " RELEASING " if you want the real deal and how much to pay for a SHOW QUALITY POTENTIAL GSD ? Talagang risky lahat ... ang iba nga maglabasan ang FAULT after over a year pa .
INdeed we need to be careful since marami ang SCAMMERS din sa forums .

"3-4m pa yan kita"-english= visible, recognizable. I dd not remember mentioning about Releasing. by 3-4m atleast you can now put a price range at this age.hindi bagong anak.pambihira.

And that is only based sa Pilipinas ... what I have learned when you say 6 to 8 months is when you import a pup and you are really getting what you pay for and yet it is still risky since breeders from what I have heard keeps the good ones and sells the class B's and C's .
By just saying also that it comes from REPUTABLE BREEDER guarantees nothing , it has to be a breeder that you know PERSONALLY nor REFERRED to from a knowledgable owner / handler and fellow breeder also .

I fully agree, well known kennels both here and abroad may be reputable enough to to sell dogs without defects but will never sell you their potential show winner dogs. These are their achievements and its understandable for them to showcase their breeding and keep for future breedings or sell it at a price.
Sometimes, there is a good chance of getting good dogs from small breeders as long as you know how to look at the structure and read the line breeding of the pedigree.
But anyway, more than half of those people who are looking for show quality dogs will never show their dogs that is why rather than focus on the beauty of their structure, petowners may be better off focusing on the allowable standard with good temperament. A lot of dogs from Germany arrive in the Philippines with very beautiful structures but may never pass beyond Sch1 so will never be a potential BSZS participants. However, in the Philippines, they have a potential to become Siegers since the only requirement is to have a good structure and gait plus stamina. There may be some development here in that they are now introducing bitework thruogh the insistence of Ruben Muego but even this small progress is being resisted by many people who breed only for structural beauty.

This is not to start any flaming discussion but I can proudly say that owning one GSD which is showtype is the best of both worlds . The SHOWTYPES can both function as WORKING and SHOW WINNER . Hopefull Admiral will get back his bite drive sa biteworks niya .
CUrrently ... he is on a rigid weight gain program out of satine balls and raw meat diet and hopefully ma BH certified na ni siya puhon . Train , train and more training !!
