    nice unta kong mkaabot ni sa manager sa resort aron mka issue pd siya ug public statement regarding this incident...pro if this is true, then i guess they won't bother explaining themselves. sayang nice pa na man unta ang experience ni d`monyita diri..

    last yr when we were there w/ my family yeko ra mn sad jud amu experience ato.. they weren't that unreasonable w/ their charges, but probably coz they're going down mao na grabe sila ug paningil.. manager knows about this already, we talked w/ him and tried to reason w/ him regarding sa charges but still he won't waive it.. he just told our manager when they talked.. "to shorten this conversation, i can't waive the extra person charge..."

    if they are really going down... then they should be bending over backwards to accommodate customers right?

    we are just so used to bending/stretching rules.... "usa ra bitaw mam..." "namasin lang mi basin musugot mo"

    there are reasons why there are rules and regulations. like in istorya ba.... we gotta follow them... WITHOUT any exceptions given to anyone.
