    NG KHAI is still doing okay...

    honestly, naa ko mga frineds na naa work sa sister companies sa ng khai.. ok raman daw si mr. ng pro
    naa jud daw uban managers na dli jud daw madala ang batasan... then grabeh sad daw mo criticize az in insulto to the max na daw... compensation-wise gamay ra xa miski nag one year na cla wla daw cla raise... as what i've known daghan karn ang nang resign kay grabeh jud ang pressure.... liman mo.. nag OT cla until 6 am then pag 9am kay balik nasad para sa regular shift nla... mao na ingon sa ako fwends.. pro kung mahanasay lang daw sa skills kay masanay jud ka ug maayo...

    Wa nay problema sa imo kay Chinese man sad ka. Tingali kung nag-abot pa ta, tingali makamata ka sa unsay tinood. Don't close your eyes, Eric. You what's happening inside the company. I agree that there is nothing wrong with Mr. Ng. In fact, I admired him being a boss to that company. \

    How can u expect nga nindot ang relationship nga imong giingon between the employees and management when some of the supervisors there are acting as if they own the company? I hope it is clear to you now. You have senses Eric. You can determine what is right from wrong. That simple!

    I am still an employee of the said company and it's true, Mr. Ng is a good boss but never will he be a great one. Sad to say, he never listen to the concerns of the employee and most of the time, he listens to melody po and the cyclops. basta ikaw dili sipsip nila, they will pull u down jud. they dont want u to be successful. There was one time nag evaluation sila for the increase of salary and naay usa na super kataas sa rating. when gi ask sila why dako ug rate, nitubag daw ug friends man mi. sakto bana nga executive assistant ka unya ing-ana ang imong basis to rate a person. Luoy kaayo ang mga programmer ug technical support kay gi rate lang 30-50 out of 150 man tingali to ang highest. Take note, if wala ang programmer magkabuang mo sa inyo deadline sa clients and if wala ang tech support, kinsa na motabang fix sa system. ang tech support ang grabe kasaba sa clients tungod pud na ni cyclops na pirme manghunaw sa iyang sala.

    Eric, magpakatotoo ka. we saw ur resignation letter pero hadlok lang ka mo submit. You know sa imong kaugalingon na you are just a dummy HR kay requirement man sa atong company. Ikaw lang tig DTR but to make plans for the employees and implementation, si melody ghapon. Tan awa ka karon ,HR Officer/Marketing na imong position. Hr pa, namaligya pa jud sa software. We know yo are not happy pero u look up a lot to mr. ng. why dont you run your own business kay as afr i am concern, you can be a great boss coz u know how to listen to the employees.

    one thing pa jud ako nahibaw an is if your a previous employee and then there is a new company who wants to hire you, during the background check ila ka dauton. Moo na last thing nako na heard, nga naa gdaut si melody po. dili na sila ganahan na ma successful ka. kato pa jud daw gdaut was pioneering sa company and naka recieved ug mga wards unya ni ingon si melody po na no accomplishment ang kato na person. That's the reason why hadlok man resign ang mga pips sa ngkhai/esprint.

    Tinuod man, dili ka mo resgin tungod ni mr. ng or tungod bati imong mga officemates. tungod man ni melody po ug amelie bisoc. ma karma rana sila. ako pa nimo melody, magtinarong naka. nasakit ka karon pero we know naa ghapon ang ginoo nimo.

    limot d ay ko bai, katong ni resigned nga gdaut kay pirme to sila magkalalis ni melody kay makadungog man ko sa admin. no wonder iya gdaug maayo. para nako if bati man jud ang performance katong ni resign how come ila man gi keep for 6 years sa company?? ila unta to gpahawa nalang if walay accomplishments....

    Ikaw melody po, how does it feel to be an exectuive assistant for 6 years without promotion Happy? hinuon, kontento raman ka na pirme pahilakon ni mr. ng.

    react lang ko ha, maybe its true, maximum sales... technical competence...

    but costumer satisfaction i dont think so.... i meet a lot of costumers of ng khai and all feedback that i get is the same... from I.T. park MEPZ 1 and 2, etc...

    costumer reaction towards ngKhai... ok daw ang ngkhai istoryahon dali kaayo mo submit ug proposal etc... until ma deliver ang unit and ma setup na.. but after daw ma collect na ang payment and the costumer got a problem with the unit wow lisod na kontakon ang in charge... if makontak hinay pa daw sa bao mo lihok... unya unyaon lang daw? i dont know if Mr. Wilson Ng or even Melanie Ng is aware of this.... Sorry sa mga taga Ng khai ha, ako ra g ingon kung unsay inyong weaknesses para inyo na ma correct... ahehehehe
