ACCOUNTS - not just talking about the number of calls each TSE receives per day nga like 30-40 calls for accounts nga PRODUCT SUPPORT - which is really busy at times...some accounts here like what I am into, we only receive 5-10 calls per day kung naai outages but if wala, we can just sit and browse, chat online or with on-idle colleagues.....STRESSLESS!!!....if dli nimo OFF and you have to attend something very important or molaag ka, pwede ra ka mka swap ug days off with your accountmates (kamo2 rai mag buot unsa nga days inyung gusto i-swap) and approved dayun na......AND.........d pa jud ma tay-an imong utok kai daghan ka makat-unan from ur account...dli lng with sales and billing, credit card and the like.....hahaiys......stressful kaau ni nga mga accounts!....pro diri sa calltek, masukod jud imong IQ and the way you handle unfamiliar issues kai puro technical accounts naa diri, of course with CS when handling calls......PLUS, dont forget the CISCO!!! - dako na kaau ni nga privilege which is applicable to all T1 and T2 agents!!!...
