it's not just jollibee though.. i mean, you guys try to come here in our area.. nagkalata ang mga fastfood chains dri.. from wendy's to mcdonalds to dunkin donuts to KFC.. nag atbang lang.. in terms of good service? ma-ihap ra.. not that im generalizing though, but i guess tapulan ang mga amerikano compared nato..

i've experienced this kind of incident too... mao dili na bitaw ko ganahan moanha sa jollibee mactan.... maypag sa mandaue... mas maau jud ng ireport sa manager aron madisiplina....

Speaking of GERMS ACQUIRED ... hehehe nagpaka aron ingnon mo na YUCKIE ang mga foods served in any type of resto but you guys n gals havent considered the most biggest contributor of spreading germs .... a hint , dili siya door knob sa banyo nor sulod sa hospitals . It is the place wher you go to buy GROCERY because you dont want to eat at FAST FOOD CHAINS anymore lolz .. isnt it IRONIC ??

some of these are true and some are not. from time to time, when i eat in such places, i would take a peek on their kitchen area if i have the chance.
Some have messy/oily area. some of the kitchen crew would even do "tile skating." And the unwashed dishes. Piles of it. The trays. tsk tsk. Even the way dining area is being managed. the tables.
this is not just in jollibee but in all fastfood chains here.
One of my criteria is to check their dining area. if it's messy and not well maintained, then dont expect a better kitchen area.
