Smartbro modem (Huawei 1553) the old white one can be unlocked meaning you can put globe sim on it. Still signal wise smart wins but wa la silay one day unlimited surfing tattoo has it man.
Tattoo is the only mobile modem that allows you to make calls from you pc (why would anyone do that is beyond me), can't be unlock specially those sold in Red boxes.

ako kay smartbro prepaid kit ako gamit krn, and its unlimited even i dont have a load. no complicated configuration. ask me how....
