    thanks sis! however, i don't completely agree on this " nabastos ang durhan when the guest said na ang mgt mao paduolon ug dili sila". don't want to elaborate this issue but i assume kita tanan nga nakasuway ug stay ug hotels and resorts, know the proper procedure. the important thing is we admitted the mistake, raised up the issue and take corrective action. We really do appreciate comments and complains, but let us not create an account in this forum for the intent of nuisance.

    asa mas nice sa camotes or sa tabuelan? i've been planning to go back to Mangudlong in Camotes but when i read about tabuelan sa durhans im eager to come. I dont want to be disappointed..please help...kalaagun nako. ty

    yes peak season jud karon but i hope it will not happen again..plan unta ko adto but now mura nag 2x2 na hinoon ko...but maybe if dli na peak season basin visit japon ko dha

    mga bro, ganahan unta mi sulay sa durhans or la familia karong May 1 kay holiday, unfortunately fully-booked naman ang duha....

    naa pay lain beach resort didto sa tabuelan with nice white sand beach nga pwede mag reserve daan thru phone?

    di man na mao ang situation jd. for sure hearsay rapd na imoha...ang sa amo lng, among well planned vacation supposed to be ang naspoil...kng cla sa among part di kaha cla mgwild ngwild man gni cla nga cla pa ang nkapabor sa situation? cla pa man gni ang tag as kaayo ug tingog during the conversation (witness jd katong guest nga ilang gichoose over us)....which is very unlikely for a respected teacher...we were the ones kalma kaau...there were comments or reactions later na after how many times mi nla pugson ug lain nga accommodation nga wa namo gpareserve ug gibayran...nya dugay kaau jd ang storyahanay sa management about it unya kmi nghuwat unsay decision nla to the point nga wa na nuon mi ka enjoy...imagine frm the time we woke up mao na daun to ang namat an namo nga situation nya 4pm nami nkacheck in sa La Familia ky dugay cla kau nkadecide...pila ka hours ang na usik tungod ato...how do you expect us to react wa man mi samok kng ngdecide lng cla daun to throw us out of their beach erlier...

    we don't see any point of negotiation mn gd ky in the first place we booked and paid the accommodation a month before...and besides we don't need a general manager pra muadto namo bsan c flora unta ning atubang namo ok na kaau...mao btaw message ana nga bsan unsa kapobre imong mkastorya u have to be very careful and polite jd ky kaming mga gagmay ang mkapuling..nya grabe kaau ang power sa word of mouth...

    and u know wat? bsan c jescel nga part sa management nakasabot sa among side and for sure kng cia sa among place mao sd iyang himuon...nya c ising pd nga gpadala dd2 wa say istorya ug unsa...c jescel being new in the management, nashock nga daghan kaaung similar cases nga na encounter nia since she started...one month pa lng xa dat time..

    of course we have nothing against Mrs. Hansel the GM, it was clear she has good breeding than anybody there...she spoke nothing but apologies and she even stopped flora 4 times 4 talking garbage...

    and even our neighboring cottages dd2 sa durhan sympathized with us...wa cla ng expect nga ingun ana ang management nla....then surprisingly, may neighbor sd mi sa La Familia nga nka experience the same thing dd2 sa Durhan...imbis dd2 daw mgsummer camp pirme ilang church, di nlg ky nabiktima pd cla before...

    of course we wana put this issue to rest...i know the same person ra ni who later PMed my colleague thru this site and offered a free accommodation for us to patch things up (which by the way gained a big No Reaction)...but you cannot take it from us if we share our experience to the people who asks us about the resort... good or bad memory stays mn jd bsag unsaon...we still wish you luck!
