    i think those are just myths bro and maybe sa past naa ana kay daghan man gud sauna wla g monitor the protein brands pero karon i think most protein brands like muscletech and musclemilk is ok in protein supplementation

    Just my two cents' worth: It looks like the article is a way of the writer to discredit whey protein and increase favor toward another product, such as "acai berry." Second, the article states "Oprah's Dynamic Duo." Oprah's official website itself claims that she doesn't promote any type of product in the market, so the copy is quite misleading.

    protein overdose huh?... spongebob is correct, mahal bya ang whey and getting more than what your body needs is kinda exaggerated... not unless you have cash to burn well could happen... its even hard to reach the needed protein per bodyweight ratio..
