Just come in at any of our regular class schedules. Just drop by and ask for Norman, I'm almost always there all the time. And yes dretso lang sa free session. One thing lang jud is that I want to emphasize that when we start the session, we would kindly request you guys to finish it as well. Hello Cebuanos,
I'm pleased to announce that this May we will be sending the biggest competition team to Manila to compete in this year's Pan-Asian BJJ tournament. We will have over 20 competitors vying in one of south east asia's biggest BJJ competition. We will of course try our very best to bring home some medals. Thanks for all the support!

Hello guys!
We just got back from a very successful tournament showing! The total medal haul was 9 golds, 10 silvers, and 14 bronze from two days of competing with and without the gi! We also took 1st place in the teams overall on the gi day and 2nd place overall in the no-gi day! THAT IS HOW WE ROLL!
