The last one was the 2006 Phoenix Suns, down sila 1-3 against Lakers but went on to win the series.

bitaw... nuggets and jazz are tied sa standings but the nuggets hold the tie breaker since sila man nakadaug sa season series mao sila ang na number 4... so they are equal in terms of standing but the nuggets have the upper seed because of pure luck... but anyways its still the lower seeded teams owning the higher seeded teams.. mavs number 2 and the nuggets number 4.. the suns and lakers are tied in their series but are in danger of losing the edge.. would it be weird if the 5th to 8th seeded teams in the west are leading and possibly would go on to the next round?? its goes to show that the west are equally talented it doesnt matter kung unsa ka na place nakabutang...

season standing speaks for itself, the teams that reach playoffs in the west have 50 wins or more. having that kind of standing gives you an elite status. having 50++ wins and your in the east, you got be either seeded 1 or 3.
