    in the bodybuilding world i think that's called a 'bulking' pa dako in short.. usually people eat more that what their body needs(basi sa BMR) and workout really hard.

    research ka bro ug techniques(mga exercise and how to do it properly) and food(what and what not to eat)...
    i think you are an ectomorph(if i'm not mistaken), basically it means 'bones and skin'... usually these body type can eat much and 'get away with it' and tend to have an overly effecient metabolism... but they have a very difficult time to buld muscle.. never the less it's still possible.

    Paghuwat nlng sa time na ur metablism gets slower..time wil come..sometimes its genetic and age matters..just relax and take ur time..ig maabot rana then diha nsad ka mag problema na unsa on pag paniwang..

    at age 30 the body begins to lose muscle mass slowly and the rate will increase as time goes...

    hehe.. btaw, sorry if i was being sarcastic.. peace..

    well nweiz, i think it all depends on how fast or slow ur metabolism is.. or should i say, how fast or slow ur body burns fat and vice versa.. take me as an example.. i can say i lost wieght as fast as i gained it. not eating breakfast worked for me before.. (there's prolly no scientific basis for this but this is based on my experience and testimonials of people)..

    and yeah.. one important rule, EAT HEALTHY.

    I'm an ectomorph. Been going to the gym for a few months now and it's a bit hard to gain weight but it's not impossible. Discipline lang gyud and consistency. Pigging out on any food you can get your hands on isn't good. Dapat balanced diet. People who want to gain weight should't spend much time on cardio exercises. And of course, don't forget to get enough rest and sleep. Important ni kaayo.

    Brad Pitt, Edward Norton and I guess Ryan Philippe are ectomorphs. Sa mga babaye kay si Callista Flockheart and majority of models siguro.
