it has been made known that issues of any kind can be easily dealt with nicely and orderly via the Private Messaging feature of this site. Â*however, it seems like some repeat offenders haven't quite learnt this yet. Â*this is not the first time for marke to air out 'complaints' in the public forum even with the numerous times he has been suggested to PM any of the moderators or administrators.

frankly, iSTORYA.NET and its rules have come before these complainants. Â*upon sign-up, they have agreed to follow the rules. Â*from this day onward, the rules are to be implemented as it is without any questions asked nor notices PM'd. Â*a warned, muted or banned account means a rule has been broken. Â*if the dealing seems unfair, PM any of the moderators or administrators. Â*just a reminder, harassment doesn't get the task any further. Â*so before challenging the moderators into a fist-fight, look back on the possible instances where you have broken any of the rules.

- lisod sa part sa istoryan kon ma warn, muted, ban...kon usahay ang rason miscommunication...so maong mo reklamo...kay the person thinks he was "unfairly" judged...

- lisod sa part sa moderator to recall a decision...kay mo create precedence....plus let's face it....once a decision is given lisod na jud na bakwion...mao bitaw nang referee's decision dayon kon sa basketball pa....in my opinion a moderator does not need to justify his decision...(as long as the rules were used as basis for the said decision)

- it is now upto the admins to check which moderators are sort of not being objective and to straighten them out if needed....no ordinary istoryan has the right to question a moderator's decision (kay ngano...as n'gel pointed out....this is a priviledge not a right)..if you can not bear it...you are most welcome not to come anymore...

however we can not also just ignore this phenomenon...of banning...complaining... this cycle has been plaguing the forum....so i suggest new guidelines must be set....either there should be a board where the agrieved istoryan go to appeal nya ma review ang case ...or diretso no appeals will be considered and a moderator's decision is final....so end of story na dayon...dili na mag tuyok2 hatag sa mga rasones.....
