Hi Guys, I would like to ask your opinion about what kind of business i could put up and what to prepare to get it going. I initially planned for an agricultural business since i have a 1.5hec space in Mindanao but i know that there are lots of businesses there that fits the market's demand. I need you help guys.

Nindot na imo idea bai dah. Pero naa man ni na property sa Mindanao, Iligan City. And duol ni xa og sapa and sa unahan kay beach, pero sa ako na tong auntie na property ang sa beach. And kani na property kay gipapuy-an pud nako og mga mag maintain sa lugar which i planned them to be the ones who will manage my business there. I will just compensate them for that one of course.

Gusto lang unta kog isa lang ka business atimanon aning lugara..like Calamansi lang ako itanom para mao ra ako atimanon pag nourish and during harvesting. Something like that.

If akoa pa lang ni, nya naa sa Cebu, here's what im gonna make of it:

1) hybrid dwarf coconuts (naa sa middle portion galinya)
2) rows of lemonsito
3) rows of bananas
4) 3 blocks of hydrophonics greenhouses for hi-value vegies)
5) 2 bird houses (sayaw)
6) 5 mushroom houses (for paddy straw and oyster mushroom cultivation)
7) 1 small laboratory for research and studies (embryo culture for coconuts, spawn production for mushrooms, mixing of nutes for hydroponics, pda cultures, etc.)
8 )2 guardhouses, 3 guards, plus 2 bulldogs, and a barbed-wire fence for "man-pests"
9) if kaya pa, mount some solar panels to power up the area, satellite TV for watching HBO and movies, satellite internet for updating your facebook, twitter, friendster and to update us in iStorya

Ikaw na google diha ha kung unsaon na pag-setup and pag-market. If you like what you are doing, it shouldn't be a problem.
The difficult stage is the first stage ra man.

Arrange everything in a naturally forest style but good enough as a park for education purposes.
Then accept educational tours at a good price for students.



My interest is on agricuture plus technology man, so this is what i would think of.

Dili ba lisud mag atiman og mushroom houses? so far sa ako na search, and lemonsito man ang pinakasaun atimanun then the more kag matanom, the more kag maHarvest and income of course.

I'm attracted w/ the lemonsito farming. Is this indeed a good investment? My wife has an unutilized land & perhaps we could use it na through this.

To whom our harvested lemonsito be usually sold? I mean, where's the big demand coming...?
