in the bodybuilding world i think that's called a 'bulking' pa dako in short.. usually people eat more that what their body needs(basi sa BMR) and workout really hard.
research ka bro ug techniques(mga exercise and how to do it properly) and food(what and what not to eat)...
i think you are an ectomorph(if i'm not mistaken), basically it means 'bones and skin'... usually these body type can eat much and 'get away with it' and tend to have an overly effecient metabolism... but they have a very difficult time to buld muscle.. never the less it's still possible.
