    don't be too hard on yourself if things don't go your way bro. just let it flow. most often we get too anxious if things turn out bad. when we're successful, rejoice. when we fail, at least we learn from it and it makes us even better.

    @gcc:if you can still hold on sa imong job, hold on. just look for some outlet para at least dili lang ang work ang naa sa imong mind. most workaholics are panic attack sufferers to some degree. so learn to have fun the moment you step out of the office. it's your time already, not the company's. if your work is too toxic, including the environment, then you may consider what "splendid_moonlight" suggested.

    Prone kaayo ko ug anxiety/panic attacks.

    I experienced the craziest attack of my life when I was working as a project assistant organizing an international conference. As the conference was nearing, I suddenly

    - shortness of breath
    - chest pains
    - sleepiness
    - difficulty in concentrating

    I thought I was going to do. So I went to the ER to get myself checked. I spent over a thousand pesos to get a diagnosis. They even had me take an ECG test. My heart was working fine. It was only after the event, and when my body was calm, that I realized I had a major anxiety attack. Imagine! It lasted for over two weeks.

    mura mao pd ni tambala g prescribed sko psychiatrist b4... tag 1/4 ang dosage ane... pero wla nko imna kay ang side effect ky if hunungan nmo ug tumar kay mas mo.double ang effect sa PA...

    one thing i can't really forget was katong nangaon mis canteen, tawa2 pa mi then suddenly nangurog akong kamot, hasta akong baba ug ngipon (ambot unsaon pag explain ani). and dli man sd to tugnaw sa canteen. kalit lng gyd to. nagpalpitate sd ko ato.

    naggunit gud kog kutsara ato, pwerte gyung kuruga. i try to suppress it as much as i could by putting it down for a while. i was holding both my hands under the table to control it. i was glad nobody noticed it. gkuyawan gud ko ato bsin naay nkabantay. wa gud to nako nahuman ug kaon, g.alibi lng ko wa koy gana mukaon. ambot lng gyd ato...hinuon wa nman sd nausab balik. kato ra sd.
